Only townhome #1 is pet-friendly. A maximum of two small, well-trained dogs are allowed in this unit.

There is a pet fee of $25 per pet, per night. Dogs must be on leash at all items when outside, including in the front and back area of the resort. Pets must not be left unattended in the townhome or on the property. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pets must not cause any disturbances for other guests.

You must contact us prior to booking your visit to ensure townhome #1 is available (as we have many guests request this townhome to accommodate a pet). Pre-approval is required for pet-friendly bookings. Please bring your own dog beds, bowls, leashes, doggy cleanup bags, etc.

A maximum of four people can fit comfortably in the townhome as there are two beds. There is a queen-sized bed upstairs in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed downstairs in the living area.

Vaseux Lake is a non-motorized lake and a perfect spot to explore by watercraft. We have these items available for guest use at a first come first serve basis.

A lifejacket is mandatory when using any of these items. We have adult life jackets available either in the front closet or in the outside grey bin on the right side of the complex. Please make special note that we do not provide lifejackets for children, please ensure you bring your own lifejackets for any children that are with you. Some lounge chairs are also available for beach use.

Access to the water craft (paddle boards, kayaks and canoe) is included in your stay. In peak season, the water craft and paddles will remain unlocked for guest use. In non-peak season, prior to your stay please email us to let us know if you would like to use something. 

Your door code will be emailed to you 1 week prior to your stay (or within one business day if the booking is less than 2 weeks away). The door code will be in the guest guide pdf that is emailed to you.

The guest guide pdf also includes check-in / check-out instructions. Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am (no late check-outs permitted).

Check-out Responsibilities

Prior to check-out, please ensure the following is completed:

  • Shut and lock windows and doors
  • Strip the bed before you go, and place all the dirty laundry by the washing machine
  • All dishes must be cleaned and put back in the proper place
  • Refrigerator needs to be emptied and contents disposed of (either in the recycling by shed and or garbage)
  • Garbage gets tossed in the outside garbage bins located in the wooden bin outside of our property along the fence. Extra garbage bags are located under the sink
  • Turn off lights, A/C and electronics
  • If you used the barbecue, please clean/cover and turn the gas off
  • Leave the unit in the same condition as when you arrived. Excessive cleaning may incur additional charges
  • If you turn the heat on during your stay, please ensure to turn it back down to 10 before you check out.

Additional charges may apply if these mandatory check-out responsibilities are not completed.

There is one parking stall directly outside of each townhome. There is limited roadside parking.

There are two BBQs at the resort for shared use, with a propane tank provided. If you run out during your stay, please contact us. For safety reasons please do not use briquettes or fire starter in the barbecue. Please do not move the barbecue and please clean after use.

Peak Season

Cancellations received by March 1st will receive a refund of 70% of their total booking cost. Cancellations received by April 1st, will receive 50% of any deposits previously received for that booking. Cancellations received by May 1st will receive 25% of any deposits made. Cancellations received after May 1st will be non-cancellable and no refunds will be available

*For all cancellations and rebooking, a minimum administration fee of $100 will be charged

*Early departure will not be refunded for the remaining nights

Non-Peak Season

Refund will be at 70% for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date, 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date. No refund given less than 30 days before check-in date.

We have a fully equipped kitchen for guest use, with the necessary equipment to prepare and cook meals.

We provide bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap), and a hair dryer for guest use.
