During June, July and August, our townhomes are available for a minimum of 7 nights.
Throughout the rest of the year we have a 5 night minimum stay policy (with the exception of April where we have a 3 night minimum stay policy).
If you are travelling with a pet, please let us know beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate you in one of our pet friendly units (Unit 1/2).

Cancellation Policy
Peak Season
Cancellations received by March 1st will receive a refund of 70% of their total booking cost. Cancellations received by April 1st, will receive 50% of any deposits previously received for that booking. Cancellations received by May 1st will receive 25% of any deposits made. Cancellations received after May 1st will be non-cancellable and no refunds will be available
*For all cancellations and rebooking, a minimum administration fee of $100 will be charged
*Early departure will not be refunded for the remaining nights
Non-Peak Season
Refund will be at 70% for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date, 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date. No refund given less than 30 days before check-in date.
